GO2 Unify is the Java based POA platform for Global Onboarding and Orchestration. GO2 is the platform that looks after all activities required to be done for onboarding a customer across markets, segments and products. When a customer selects an Amex product from a channel (example americanexpress.com), enters the demographic and other information and clicks submit, the application is passed over to GO2

Extract insights from data using SQL or Python in a in-house or Google Cloud environment. Provide the results in actionable, simple, and impactful formats to business partners.
- Identify and analyze data discrepancies and data quality issues and work to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Partner with Product to develop insights to enhance their products, including customer behavior/usage studies or product diagnostic analyses which will be used to drive larger team’s decision strategy and project requirements
- Conduct deep dives to understand trends, generate, and present actionable insights. Create, enhance, and maintain monthly reporting for Acquisition Product performance tracking.
- Gather, sanitize, and preprocess extensive datasets from various sources, and perform exploratory data analysis.
- Implement appropriate ML algorithms – regression, classification etc. Experience in Coding, Supervised and Unsupervised
- Develop predictive modeling that will enable the right acquisition trends and customer retention and growing diverse representation.
- Proficiency with ML frameworks and libraries – Tensorflow, scikit etc.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualizations to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of statistical and experimentation concepts such as distributions, regression, confidence, correlation, significance, P-value, T-tests, etc
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, matplotlib, etc.), with strong ability to communicate complex findings
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or related analytical field
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Python, R or the equivalent
- Demonstrate creativity, curiosity, and passion for dealing with large amounts of data and converting it into valuable, actionable information.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
