Title: Product Owner
Location: Remote

Job Summary: The Credit Modernization Product Owner manages a scrum team, ensuring efficient delivery by prioritizing and sequencing work with Product Managers. Collaborates with IT Delivery Leadership to define delivery strategies and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define story acceptance criteria and ensure deliverables meet the definition of done.
  • Collaborate on dependencies with internal and external partners.
  • Represent customer and business goals in product delivery.
  • Monitor team demand, capacity, and facilitate system demonstrations.
  • Manage risk, escalate issues, and align product delivery to roadmaps and OKRs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7+ years in software development, preferably with Salesforce/Financial Services Cloud.
  • Agile expertise and experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or related roles.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications in Agile methodologies preferred (Product Owner, Scrum Master, SAFe).
